I will never use Jiffy Lube again. I pulled up today and was very clear that I had my own oil and my own filter. Before they did the work, I was told the charge would be $69. When it was time to pay, somehow that $69 had turned into $99. I asked why the price suddenly jumped by $30 after I had already been quoted a price. Their explanation? They told me it was because one of their plants overseas got blown up. Seriously? Whatever is happening with their supply chain does not explain quoting a customer $69 and then charging $99, especially when the customer is supplying the oil and filter. If there are additional charges, tell me before doing the work—not when it’s time to pay. For me, this comes down to transparency and honoring the price you quote your customers. Based on my experience today, Jiffy Lube failed on both. I won’t be coming back.

I had a transmission flush, and coolant flush. Michael B. informed me on all the work that needed to be performed and physically presented what was wrong with my fluids. Now my vehicle runs like a dream. My car shifts waaaaay better than it did before. Thank you for taking care of me Michael, you saved my truck. It’s been a pleasure.

Extremely overpriced. Only reason I went here was because I needed an oil change before an upcoming trip and my regular shop was closed today. My regular shop in Magnolia charges shy of $50 for a synthetic blend oil change PLUS a complimentary tire rotation. When I pulled up at Jiffy, I was told a synthetic oil change would be upwards of $100-ish. I opted for the regular oil change. I was told that would "start at $69." Then they pulled out my air filters and did that whole deal of trying to get me to purchase new filters. I had to be firm saying "I just want the oil change." When it came time to pay, they rang me up for nearly $100. 🤯 The $69 was for the first 5 what's of oil. An extra quart cost me near $10 more.... plus another free of nearly $10 .... and something else that took me to nearly $100. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Travel a few miles down the road for sone genuinely honest people at Magnolia Auto Specialist.

This was my initial visit to Jiffy Lube, and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service I received. The services provided included an oil change and tire rotation. I particularly appreciated the digital display that clearly outlined the findings and associated costs, which was both easy to comprehend and straightforward. This method is far more preferable to reviewing paper documents filled with complex figures.

My experience Today was amazing!! the staff gave me estimates throughout the whole process! they offered refreshments while I waited in the lobby, not only did they explain everything in great details they also broke it down to were I understand!! Josh worked on my car and did a wonderful job! Alec and Ethan offered me water! dean walked me through the whole process with a lot of great knowledge and shane told me more about my Nissan Altima!! overall great service will definitely be back in the future!!
